Refund policy

We want you to love your build. Because every dice tower, vault, and tray is 3D-printed to order specifically for you — in the color, pattern, and combination you chose — our return policy works a little differently than a typical off-the-shelf store.

Damaged or defective on arrival: if your build arrives damaged, warped, or with a print defect, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace the affected piece or your full order at no cost to you.

Wrong item shipped: if we made a mistake on our end — wrong color, wrong part, wrong pattern — let us know and we'll fix it, on us.

Change of mind: because each build is made specifically to your custom color and pattern choices, we generally can't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind once production has started. If your order hasn't entered production yet, contact us right away and we'll do our best to adjust or cancel it.

Custom Orders (colors, filament, sizing, or engraving requests submitted through our Custom Orders form): these are treated as final sale once production begins, given how bespoke each one is — we'll always confirm details with you before we start printing.
